Responsibilities: Collect and analyse performance data from various sources, including operational metrics, financial reports, and customer feedback. Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can be used to improve business performance. Prepare and present performance reports and dashboards to key stakeholders, providing clear and concise summaries of findings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and align performance metrics with organizational goals. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements based on performance analysis. Conduct in-depth root cause analysis of performance issues and develop strategies for their resolution. Assist in developing KPIs and performance targets to measure progress and success. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in performance analysis. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Performance Analyst or similar analytical role. Strong proficiency in data analysis and using tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software. Solid understanding of performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and understandable manner. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
