What you\’ll do at work Coach team members: Support and mentor staff to improve processes and teamwork. Meeting organisation & minutes: Arrange meetings, set agendas, and take accurate minutes. Lead projects: Take ownership of projects such as process improvements and office setup changes. Use IT software: Gain proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and our Management Information Systems (MIS). Exposure to invoicing processes will also be provided. Written communication: Draft professional emails, letters, and other business correspondence. Digital platforms & social media: Assist with managing digital platforms and contribute to social media content. Proposal creation: Help prepare business proposals for stakeholders. Data recording & analysis: Keep accurate records and analyse data to inform decisions. Problem-solving: Address challenging situations, including handling complaints and resolving issues. Coach & mentor: Gain experience in coaching colleagues to foster development. Develop skills in using multiple IT packages relevant to the organisation, such as MS Office, to write letters, create proposals, perform financial processes, and analyse data. Exercise proactivity and good judgement, making effective decisions and seeking advice when needed. Build and maintain positive relationships within your team and across the organisation, demonstrating influence and coaching skills. Demonstrate strong communication skills across various channels, including social media, and represent the organisation appropriately. Complete tasks to a high standard, continuously improve work processes, and resolve complex issues. Manage tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively, and organise meetings and logistics.
