Support SAM Practice Leadership and Team

  • Assist SAM Practice Leadership in delivering services to global clients.
  • Support team members to ensure consistent delivery, adherence to standards, and continuous improvement.

Client Consulting and Solutions

  • Provide consultancy, analysis, advice, and guidance to client organizations.
  • Serve as the point of contact for solutions and questions related to software licensing.
  • Facilitate Unisys and client standard processes for ITIL core functions such as Software Asset Management.

Process and Service Management

  • Manage contractual service support requirements.
  • Present operational and service level reports to internal or external customers.
  • Analyze and report on statistical data related to service levels and operational effectiveness.
  • Provide training and mentoring to ensure process guidelines are understood and followed.
  • Conduct workshops to identify and address process deficiencies.
  • Review trend analysis for proactive problem management.
  • Work with Service Delivery Managers to monitor SLA performance.

Business Development

  • Leverage technical expertise to support business development and proposal development.
  • Support solution development, estimates, and design by leveraging industry and technical knowledge.

Service Delivery and Solution Architecture

  • Demonstrate leadership and in-depth knowledge in at least one IT discipline.
  • Engage with mid-level client leadership through technical presentations.
  • Support the design, delivery, and maintenance of solutions.
  • Review solution artifacts and plans.
  • Establish relationships with third-party companies and project teams.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of solutions.
  • Ensure the integrity and delivery of major solutions.
  • Stay updated on IT trends and incorporate them into work.

People Management

  • Potentially manage a team of technologists, providing feedback, training, and development.
  • Lead teams by assigning and reviewing tasks.
  • Serve as a mentor within the Practice.
  • Monitor performance of service providers and subcontractors for quality adherence.

Qualifications and Success Factors

Bachelor\’s degree and at least 8 years of experience in technical disciplines or equivalent. Prior experience should include:

  • Exposure to multiple industries and domains.
  • Interaction with mid-level client leadership.
  • Contributions to multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Knowledge of solution implementation techniques.
  • Experience in various project roles (e.g., implementer, architect).
  • Industry certifications in relevant areas.
