The predicted salary is between 36000 - 54000 £ per year.

Our client are a highly successful mortgage brokerage based in central London. They specialise in the HNW arena and have extensive experience in this field. Due to continued expansion of their team they are now looking to add an experienced Mortgage Administrator. This role will pay a base salary up to £45,000.

They require people with experience as either a mortgage administrator or mortgage adviser (may suit an adviser looking to come away from direct selling). Given the responsibilities of the role they would be looking for motivated individuals who have at least 2 years experience and can demonstrate a sound knowledge of mortgage process. Clear communication skills are a must as you'll be dealing with clients and lenders on a daily basis.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
  • MUST HAVE previous mortgage administration experience (min 2 years)
  • Excellent IT skills (Inc. Windows, Outlook and Excel)
  • Experience of using CRM systems.
  • Experience of managing client relationships.
  • High level of numeracy
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent telephone and written communication skills and ability to structure clear and informative emails (without the use of templates).
  • Proven organisational skills & ability to multi-task.
  • Accurate typing/Data Entry skills
