A bold, insight-driven design agency is seeking an experienced 2D Design Director (Brand Comms) to join its leadership team and help shape the next chapter of its creative evolution. This is more than just a senior design role; it’s a rare opportunity for a strategically minded, creatively fearless leader to play a pivotal part in defining and elevating brand identities that truly stand out. The agency works across a vibrant mix of sectors, including lifestyle, FMCG, fintech, retail, and hospitality, delivering design that’s clear, purposeful, and full of edge.

In this role, you’ll report to the Creative Director and collaborate with a talented team of strategists, designers, and spatial thinkers. Your mission: to drive the agency’s creative direction and lead the creation of insight-led, commercially powerful work. But just as importantly, you’ll act as a creative leader—mentoring talent, managing team resources, shaping design processes, and fostering strong, lasting relationships with clients.

You’ll need a sharp strategic perspective, exceptional creative instincts, and the ability to see complex projects through from pitch to launch. With a strong background in brand design from a leading, design-led agency, you’ll bring not only a finely tuned eye for craft but also the confidence to back bold, ambitious ideas.

If you’re ready to challenge convention, lead with purpose, and leave your mark on meaningful brands, this could be the opportunity that defines your next chapter.
