Job Description: Health & Well-being Consultant Be the consultative expert in the Health & Well-being domain by supporting HR Business Partners, leadership teams, and senior management, providing subject matter information, knowledge, expertise, and advice. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility and opportunities to make a difference within a collaborative team environment. Your future duties and responsibilities: Create and deliver customized trainings, workshops, and programs for target audiences. Oversee and manage operations of peer-to-peer networks (e.g., Mental Health First Aid, Oxygen Ambassadors). Build and implement internal and external communication plans to promote Health and Wellbeing initiatives. Design, develop, and manage health and wellbeing initiatives in collaboration with external vendors or insurers across SBUs within budget. Align initiatives with top priorities, define strategies for US Business units, and ensure cohesion with CGI values, mission, and objectives. Contribute to planning and managing the annual action plan, initiatives, and budget for US SBUs. Analyze health & well-being data, develop, and present quarterly reports to HR and business leaders to increase awareness and identify action priorities. Required qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a health-related discipline and/or relevant certifications. Experience managing large, multi-geographical projects. At least 5 years of experience in workplace health and well-being roles. Experience consulting with leaders on health and well-being practices. Knowledge of current best practices in organizational and individual health & well-being. Experience with workplace mental health programs and conducting workshops for employees and leaders. CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The range is approximately $85,000 to $XX,XXX (specific figures to be determined). Compensation depends on various factors including skills, experience, and certifications.
