About The Role
You’ll join the Search team as Manager to manage key line of businesses for the SAP account. This includes defining and implementing Paid Search strategies and solutions from planning through to execution across EMEA, North America and APJ markets. The role is ideal for someone passionate about the industry\’s future, who enjoys working with big, exciting brands and who understands the breadth of digital channels to create and implement data‑informed, strategic plans. You will report to the Paid Search Director and work closely with the Global Executive Director on the SAP account. Beyond SAP, you will be a leader within the Performance Community, supporting new business pitches, team training and mentoring junior colleagues.

About You

  • Experience in managing/activating international paid search media accounts on multiple engines.
  • Expertise in operating 3rd‑party Bid Management tools such as Kenshoo, Marin, Search Ads 360, etc.
  • Experience mentoring & training junior team members.
  • Google Ads & Bing Ads certified; certification in bid‑management platforms is beneficial.
  • Exemplary time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.
  • Analytical skills to ensure budget monitoring and performance are met – strong Excel skills required.
  • Experience in campaign execution, optimisation and analysis.
  • Expertise in creating performance reports for clients and providing insights.
  • Experience creating and presenting client presentations, with confidence in public speaking.

Flexible Working
We adopt a hybrid model: three days a week in the office (London) with the other two days remote. Standard hours are 9:30–17:30, with flexibility around core hours of 10:30–16:30. You may start at 8:30 and finish at 16:30, or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
