We are looking for a talented and passionate In Room Dining Coordinator to join the In Room Dining department at the award-winning 5-Star deluxe hotel - The Connaught. Found at the heart of Mayfair village, The Connaught blends tradition with contemporary flair. With its bespoke service, 3,000-piece art collection, three Michelin-starred restaurant Hélène Darroze at The Connaught and London’s only Aman Spa, it has always been the choice for connoisseurs of the art of living well.
As In Room Dining Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the In Room Dining and Butler department to ensure an efficient and smooth running of the daily operation. You are responsible for managing telephone calls, dispatching orders from guests and following up communication to ensure excellent guest satisfaction. You will also have a great knowledge of the hotel amenities and food and beverage menus.
You will be an excellent team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels. You will take pride and attention to detail in your work and have outstanding customer service skills. You will be flexible, able to use your initiative and organise your activities well to maximise efficiency without compromising on standards. We anticipate that the ideal candidate will have worked in within a similar environment.
