Weβre looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join our dynamic pre-construction team. You'll play a key role in pricing and developing competitive bids for complex, high-value projects across sectors such as data centres, advanced manufacturing, logistics, and pharmaceuticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed mechanical estimates for turnkey design & build projects
- Analyse drawings, specs, and client requirements
- Liaise with supply chain partners and internal teams to ensure accurate costing
- Support bid submissions and value engineering exercises
- Identify and manage commercial risks early in the tender process
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mechanical estimator in construction or M&E contracting
- Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, and mechanical systems
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
This Opportunity gives you the option to work in one of two offices in the UK, one just outside of London and the other in Leeds. Please note this role requires you to be currently living in the UK as you will be based in the office 5 days per week.
