As our ERP Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting ERP solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business. In this position, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems operate effectively and efficiently, contributing to impactful business outcomes. This role will also be responsible for ensuring that the system controls and processes within D365 meet internal controls and SOX compliance requirements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyse business needs and assist in the design and implementation of ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Navision and related platforms.
  • Collaborate with business users and global Technology team to identify, document, test, and implement ERP system enhancements.
  • Provide hands-on support for ERP-related incidents and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to align system functionality with organizational goals.
  • Maintain and support legacy ERP systems while assisting in the transition to modern solutions.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by providing evidence, documentation, and walkthroughs related to D365 controls.
  • Be the primary point of contact for D365-related SOX compliance activities, including regular control testing and document results in accordance with audit standards.
  • Collaborate with the global Technology team, Finance team, and external auditing teams to remediate SOX deficiencies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of change management related to D365 and approvals for system modifications.
  • Monitor user access, segregation of duties (SoD), and configuration changes to ensure compliance.
  • Stay updated on SOX compliance trends and best practices specific to ERP systems.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in ERP system support or business systems analysis.
  • Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance and Operations, Business Central (F&O), or comparative ERP systems.
  • Certification in Dynamics 365 or a related ERP system is desirable.
  • Experience with data analysis, process mapping, root cause analysis and problem-solving in an ERP environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to present ideas effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Flow).
  • Familiarity with project implementation methodologies and tools (e.g., LCS, DevOps).
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework or working in ITSM environments (e.g., FreshService, Jira Service Management).
  • Experience with audit tools such as AuditBoard.
  • Familiarity with user access controls, change management, and segregation of duties (SoD) principles.
  • Proven detail-oriented approach to supporting Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
  • Exceptional organisational, planning and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • Experience with automated control testing and continuous monitoring processes.
  • Intermediate Excel skills or the ability to handle data extracts for control/audit purposes.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with confidential information and remain discreet at all times.
