We are looking for a digital marketing obsessed Paid Search & Paid Social Specialist to join an established company within the interiors/home furnishings retail and e-commerce space. In this role, you will collaborate with all internal teams to craft and execute cutting-edge paid search and social media campaigns. You will play a crucial role in building and optimising high-impact paid campaigns, driving exceptional results, and pushing the boundaries of what is possible in digital marketing! This role is hybrid - 2 days in the Surrey HQ.
The Role
- Execute paid social and PPC strategies across multiple digital platforms.
- Oversee the creation, implementation, and optimisation of campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest focusing on key performance metrics.
- Manage campaign budgets to maximise ROI, monitoring and adjusting spending to ensure effectiveness.
- Work closely with content, design, and social media teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and align paid campaigns with organic efforts.
- Implement testing strategies to continually enhance campaign performance and adapt to industry trends and platform changes.
- Stay informed about industry developments to adjust strategies and maintain competitive campaign performance.
The Person
- Ideally at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, in-house or agency, with hands-on experience setting up and managing Paid Search & Social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and more.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Advanced Excel.
- Competent in using Google Ads (Search, Shopping), Paid Social platforms, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident in sharing ideas and opinions, both internally and with clients.
