As a S/4HANA HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Design, Build, Test and Deploy HCM functionality to our Client.
- Defining SAP Solution for managing defined processes to ensure the smooth flow of operations to meet cost, quality, controls, and delivery targets.
- Key focus areas: HR Employee Mini-Master; Time booking.
- Identifying and implementing SAP process to enhance operational efficiency for Timesheet.
- Facilitating training sessions and workshops to share knowledge and best practices with team members.
- Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation to support project deliverables and compliance requirements.
