We are partnered with Westminster City Council, who are looking to appoint a Development Manager to join their fantastic Development & Regeneration team
The Development Manager role at Westminster City Council is a critical position responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of development projects.

Specific Post Responsibilities:
Project Development Cycle:
- Assisting/leading project management from concept to occupation.
- Managing multi-disciplinary teams through RIBA design stages 0 to 7
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensuring compliance with Westminster\’s Employer Requirements (ERs).
- Managing compliance of contractors/developers with contract obligations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Facilitating the involvement of the Development Services Team.
- Building and managing relationships with developers, contractors, and stakeholders.
Performance Management:
- Setting clear performance management structures.
- Collaborating with other leaders to improve teamwork and outcomes.
