IT Project Manager Novus Altair Limited Security and IT Services with an Edge

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with over 5 years of project management experience across various IT sectors. The role involves managing both in-house and client projects, focusing on project planning, resource allocation, and implementation in accordance with organizational standards and policies. Job Description: Conduct feasibility studies to design software solutions. Collaborate with staff, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements for desktop and web-based software development. Manage daily IT operations, networks, and computer systems. Create and adjust IT project budgets and allocate resources accordingly. Recruit and mentor IT staff. Ensure compliance with computer use, security, and privacy policies. Provide regular status reports to stakeholders. Develop schedules for software renewal and upgrades. Manage vendor relationships to ensure data security. Set timelines to ensure project delivery. Maintain projects post-completion through appropriate support and troubleshooting. Upgrade systems to incorporate AI and Machine Learning technologies. Design and implement databases tailored to business needs. Optimize and maintain existing systems, migrating to NoSQL and Big Data technologies as needed. Identify and resolve technical issues faced by clients or staff. Research and recommend suitable technologies and tools for projects. Develop databases logically from scratch with accuracy and precision. Analyze existing databases and future needs to develop effective systems. Advise on procurement and deployment of IT systems. Engage in R&D in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. Apply AI, Machine Learning, and Automation to enhance systems. Utilize Big Data technologies for data handling and database replacement. Lead and mentor junior team members for successful project delivery. Interact with clients and stakeholders throughout the development cycle for feedback and approvals. Enforce best practices, coding standards, and documentation. Essential Qualifications: Master’s degree in Project Management or Computer Science with knowledge of AI; certifications like PRINCE2, Scrum, PMP are advantageous. Experience: Applying AI in practical systems. Background in ERP integration and custom software development. Proficiency with project management tools and stakeholder management. Experience with Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning, Neural Networks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, etc.). Management experience at a lead or support level. Handling large data volumes in SQL, NoSQL, and Big Data databases. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Knowledge of PHP, Python, C++, Java, and Web development with Laravel. Comfortable with Shell scripting, AWS, Linux, Windows, CI/CD tools, Git. Desirable Skills: Experience in Computer Vision, Robotics, Drones. Research & Development in AI and Robotics. Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Docker. Mobile app development for Android and iOS. Experience with web services like Google API, open-source CMS, eCommerce, CRM platforms. Note: Duties may evolve based on business needs.
