We are seeking diligent and reliable individuals to join our team as Exam Invigilators. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of the examination process by ensuring compliance with exam regulations and providing a supportive environment for candidates. Location: Central London (Campus Locations near Euston Station) & London ExCel (Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL)

Job Type: Part-Time / Temporary

Pay Rate: £14.29 per hour.

Shift Availability:

  • Morning Shift (Campus): 08:30 - 15:30
  • Afternoon Shift (Campus): 13:30 - 20:30
  • Full-Day Shift (ExCel): 08:00 - 18:00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare examination rooms, ensuring materials and seating arrangements adhere to regulations.
  • Supervise candidates, enforcing exam rules to maintain a secure and fair environment.
  • Identify and report any instances of malpractice.
  • Assist in the distribution and collection of exam papers.
  • Provide clear instructions and assistance to candidates as needed.
  • Maintain a professional and focused atmosphere throughout the examination period.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Candidates must be fully available during the assignment period.
  • Must have full-time right to work in the UK.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and authoritative under pressure.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
