We are currently working with a leading residential developer, to assist in their search for a Project Manager in Swindon. This will be on a 200 unit, traditional build housing project, where they are looking for a strong Manager to lead the project from start to finish. As Project Manager, you would be overseeing the whole build process from groundworks to handover. Our client has many traditional build and RC frame projects across Oxford/Wiltshire and a strong pipeline of work, so there would be no issues with the longevity of work.
Responsibilities for Project Manager:
- Oversee the sub-contractors and labour force, keeping high health & safety standards.
- Achieve a high quality product across 100+ units of traditional build houses.
- Keep the project on time and in budget.
