We are looking for experienced Control Panel Wirers for a busy manufacturing business based in Manchester. If you have experience in Control Panel build, specialist machinery wiring or working from Engineering drawings, this role could be perfect for you!

Duties:

  • Control panel build using drawings and schematics.
  • Experience of building, kitting out, fitting and wiring of control panels, PLCs, MCCs etc.

Skills:

  • Experience of control wiring, build and read drawings.
  • Layout, marking and population of back plates and control panels.
  • Responsible for marking up diagrams as built and feeding back to engineering/technical.
  • Soldering.
  • Solving problems as required.
  • Establishes productive, cooperative relationships with customers, management and suppliers.
  • Ability to establish priorities and work to tight deadlines.
  • Showing commitment to completing allocated tasks despite setbacks.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant electrical qualification, City & Guilds
  • Driving Licence.
  • Microsoft Office.
