Chief Financial Officer (City of London)

THE COMPANY

Our client is a growing Software / SaaS platform. They are an SME providing services and products based in London with International operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a CFO to help grow the company, be a key part of the management team and participate in the equity.

THE POSITION

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the management team this is a hands-on CFO position. The CFO will be a key partner to the CEO and management team in shaping commercial, strategic, and financial decisions, while helping to refine structure, streamline operations, and scale effectively, helping grow the company. Responsibilities include:

• Management and statutory reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting and analysis
• Pricing review of products & services
• Fundraising
• Cash management and cost control
• KPIs and meaningful management information
• Systems and process development and streamlining
• Shareholder reporting, compliance and governance

THE CANDIDATE

This is a unique growth opportunity in the Software / SaaS space for a CFO / Finance Director with software sector experience which is critical. SaaS and experience of pricing products and services and fundraising is preferred.

You should be proactive, dynamic, take initiative and commercial with strong presentation and communication skills.

The salary range £140,000 – £180,000 + bonus and equity participation is a guide.
