The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.
About you
- You will have a broad range of real estate experience with a minimum of 3 yrs’ PQE at Associate level and 5 yrs’ at Senior Associate level.
- Public Sector experience would be useful as would prior exposure to undertaking corporate support work.
- Comfortable developing client relationships and being able to offer proactive advice across a range of matters.
The team works both on behalf of public bodies, quasi-public bodies and institutions, as well as with private sector suppliers and partners that rely on them. They offer their clients a full range of legal services such as grant funding, major infrastructure and regeneration projects, real estate support and development, planning, commercial and construction advice.
