Site Manager – Stechford, Birmingham

Site Manager – An exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Site Manager to lead major refurbishment projects for a reputable main contractor. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality, complex schemes across the commercial, residential, or public sectors with values upto 30 million.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site staff, and materials to maintain smooth workflow and site productivity.

• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, carrying out regular inspections and site audits.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the build process.

Experience

• Proven track record managing refurbishment projects valued at 2m and above, ideally within live environments.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Site Manager role within a main contracting environment.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and health & safety practices.

• SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certification required.
