Long term freelance opportunity for a Senior Design Manager in Essex paying a competitive day rate.
A Senior Design Manager opportunity to work with a well known main contractor working on multiple PCSA\’s for Industrial Sheds.

Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a main contractor in their search for a Design Manager to join their design team. This is an opportunity to be based within the office and on site. As Design Manager, you will benefit from working with the existing technical team and have full support from a Design Director.
Our client works on large schemes usually 80M+. For this role you must have main contracting experience with either a tier 1 main contractor or SME.
For this role, our client Is looking to pay a competitive day rate with a guarantee 6 months plus contract of work.
