Social network you want to login/join with: Job Title: Production and Logistics Coordinator We are seeking a dedicated Production and Logistics Coordinator to ensure the efficient planning and delivery of our products. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating orders into our production schedule and coordinating logistics to meet customer expectations. Your responsibilities include: Planning all bulk, retail, oat drink orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines. Liaising with local and international third-party packers and logistics providers to ensure timely and complete delivery of packaging and products. Maintaining accurate stock levels on SAGE 200. Communicating effectively with the Operations Manager and Finance team to manage stock levels based on sales forecasts. Collaborating with the Sales Department to update and maintain sales forecasts. Managing logistics companies to ensure all delivery requirements are met, guaranteeing on-time and complete customer deliveries. Investigating customer delivery complaints and resolving issues promptly. Ensuring all customs documentation for export deliveries is accurate and complete. Performing any additional tasks reasonably required by the business. Skills and experience required: Experience with Sage 200. Strong data analysis skills. Knowledge of BRC standards and requirements. Experience monitoring KPIs such as \’Order in Time in Full\’, \’Warehouse GMP Audit\’, and \’Orders produced in time and in full\’. Personal attributes: Self-motivated with a proactive attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
