The Role Manage a portfolio of NHS accounts across the UK, focusing on contract renewals, upselling and cross-selling. Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction. Expand product usage across departments and specialities within existing accounts. Lead on new business opportunities through a mix of inbound and outbound strategies (with marketing support). Maintain a detailed CRM, build tailored account strategies, and act as a trusted advisor. Collaborate with customer support and product teams to identify risks and uncover upsell opportunities. About You 3+ years in sales or account management with a successful track record. Ideally preferred if you have previously worked in secondary care and are selling software into the NHS. Strong relationship-builder with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience selling software or digital solutions, ideally into the healthcare sector. Comfortable managing a large portfolio of clients and balancing commercial and service-led conversations. Able to work independently, prioritise effectively and travel across the UK as required. A full UK driving licence is essential.
