Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee costs relating to building and maintenance projects within social housing
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tenders for refurbishment and maintenance contracts

- Monitor project progress, assess variations, and manage commercial risk
- Liaise closely with project managers, site staff, and local authorities
- Prepare monthly valuations and final accounts
