This role involves caring for detainees, supporting them during custody, and collaborating with other agencies to aid detainees\’ rehabilitation. Full training will be provided, and candidates must complete police vetting prior to starting. The role offers flexible shifts, competitive wages, and benefits. Responsibilities include: Supporting detainees during their time in custody Working with colleagues and police officers to ensure safety and well-being Making observations and providing care as per individual plans Minimum requirements: Experience in Police, Security, or Armed Forces is beneficial but not essential Good spoken and written English and basic numeracy skills Full valid driving license Lived in the UK for at least 3 years British passport or settled status Willingness to undergo police vetting checks Wages start at £13.50 per hour, with a minimum of two 12-hour shifts per month.
