We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to help shape and drive our external presence. From our website and social media to internal materials and events, you’ll play a key role in bringing the Orange Quarter story to life across our global markets.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role for a creative and proactive marketer who’s excited to take ownership of branding, content, and communications. You’ll be our dedicated marketing hire, working closely with our leadership and recruitment teams across Europe and the US to build a consistent and compelling brand. Your focus will be on elevating our digital presence, improving internal and external materials, and building content that reflects the strength of our team and our work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a refresh of the OQ brand identity across platforms
- Brief and manage external agencies for marketing, branding, or website development projects
- Build and maintain internal marketing collateral and case studies for client and candidate use
- Manage and grow our social media presence, mostly LinkedIn
- Create and design engaging content that highlights team culture, success stories, and thought leadership content within our space
- Keep the website up to date, from visuals and team info to job listings and blog content
- Clean up inactive or outdated channels
- Write and coordinate blog posts, team updates, and marketing copy
- Support internal events, meetups, incentives, and culture-building initiatives
Requirements (Essential)
- 1-3 years in a marketing, content, or communications role
- Excellent copywriting and written English
- Confident managing and creating content for LinkedIn and Instagram
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using design tools like Canva or similar
- London-based, with the ability to attend events or in-office days as needed
Requirements (Desirable)
- Experience in recruitment, professional services, or B2B marketing
- Familiarity with website content platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow)
- Light graphic or video editing skills
