As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant, engaging with customers and ensuring smooth operations in the customer areas. Responsibilities include welcoming children, handing out balloons, organizing special events, attending to customers\’ needs, maintaining cleanliness standards, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will also establish positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
