Presales Engineer

Job Position: Pre-Sales Engineer Industry: Security and Surveillance Job Type: Full time Location: UK Description: The Pre-Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high-quality products, solutions, and services. The engineer will collaborate with Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Operations Departments, as well as external clients such as distributors, system integrators, installers, and end-users, to enhance Dahua\’s business performance and reputation, ensuring sustained growth. Main Responsibilities: Provide technical support and advice on video surveillance equipment for sales staff and customers, including troubleshooting and integration with third-party systems. Maintain good relationships with distributors, system integrators, and installers, and gather feedback on products. Coordinate with headquarters on new product lines and technical issues. Conduct site surveys, customer training, demos, project support, and product promotion. Test, diagnose, and repair video surveillance equipment. Train technical engineers of channel customers to improve their technical knowledge. Gather product feedback from the market and report to the product department for improvements. Assist in project support, including tender document preparation and project tendering. Support brand promotion activities in collaboration with the Marketing Team. Participate in training sessions for new technical staff to familiarize them with Dahua products and solutions.
