Consulting brings together teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions within the middle market. An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Corporate Simplification Restructuring Advisory team. You will develop a broad range of skills in corporate reorganisations and Members Voluntary Liquidations. The role is primarily based in London, but we operate nationally, so the successful candidate can be located anywhere in the UK and work with Partners and Directors across the country. The role involves attending marketing events and supporting Partners and Directors with their marketing and business objectives. Responsibilities: Complete assignments following the Firm’s procedures and statutory obligations, including client arrangements, costs, and billing. Collaborate with the Corporate Simplification team to plan and execute cases, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations. Assist and support team members, providing training as needed. Prepare and seek approval for engagement letters and related documents. Complete KPIs for Partner/Director approval. Ensure diary lines are completed according to compliance standards. Review and approve documents in IPS and Virtual Cabinet. Handle general case administration, including billing. Understand project details alongside the team and other RSM departments. Attend client meetings and analyze information received. Manage large corporate reduction projects and asset distributions. Prepare statutory reports and contribute to team development through networking and technical skills. Personal and Professional Qualities: The ideal candidate will be CPI or JIEB qualified, with experience in similar roles, capable of leading Members Voluntary Liquidations. Strong technical, analytical, and report-writing skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities, are essential. You should have: Experience managing stakeholder relationships internally and externally. Proven ability to prepare or analyze financial information. Experience in Corporate Simplification or similar roles. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
