MODO are currently looking to recruit a Lead Project Manager for our client in Cambridgeshire. We’re especially keen to hear from people that come from a technical, engineering, mechanical and electrical services or design management background.
My client works across a broad range of sectors as project managers and lead consultants and are looking for people that can manage multiple projects and consultant teams at various stages of development.
You will work closely with the leadership team and manage complex projects at all scales including:
- Healthcare Schemes
- Infrastructure Schemes
- Decarbonisation Schemes
- State of the Art Research and Technology Centres
- Educational Schemes
- Commercial
- Life Science Facilities
In order to be considered for this role you will require:
- Track record of exceptional management and delivery of projects of varying scales.
- Demonstrable experience of collaboratively managing public and private sector clients.
- Excellent team management and communication skills.
- Likely to be Maters Qualified with a relevant degree in an industry discipline and/or alternative construction based qualifications/experience.
- BIM experience is desirable but no essential – although interest in BIM and use of technology to support project development is essential.
