We are recruiting for our client, a transformation-focused company helping businesses and teams achieve lasting growth. They are looking for a project coordinator to join the team.
This role requires someone with excellent organisational and administrative skills, combined with strong attention to detail. The focus is on supporting project delivery, coordinating tasks, schedules, and resources, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders. This person will help deliver their USPs (leaders in the highest quality design & delivery of learning programmes & culture change that truly \”sticks\”).
Role description:
- Provide coordination and support across the lifecycle of client projects to ensure efficient delivery of objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, acting as a consistent point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in scheduling and organising team and client meetings, capturing agendas, and following up on action items.
- Create and manage project timelines, ensuring tasks are clearly assigned and deadlines are met.
- Track budgets and maintain project records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with external faculty to confirm contracts, schedules, and required resources for project delivery.
- Provide administrative support for virtual events, including setting up Zoom/Microsoft Teams, managing breakout rooms, moderating chats, and supporting virtual workshops (training provided).
- Oversee logistical arrangements for in-person events, such as travel, accommodation, and onsite coordination for facilitators.
- Prepare and finalise project deliverables, including client materials like facilitator guides, presentations, and learning documents.
- Organise and attend post-project analysis meetings to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Support the Head of Strategy & Future and Account Director in maintaining client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
- Adhoc support where required on internal projects and marketing/social media posting
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in project coordination or a related support role (minimum 2 years).
- Organised and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong relationship-building skills, fostering trust through clear communication and timely delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in learning and leadership programmes or experience in similar industries is advantageous but not essential.
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Salary: 30-35k
