Category Manager, Grocery Vauxhall We are looking for an experienced Category Manager to join our team! You\’ll collaborate closely with various internal departments including Store Operations, Logistics, Commercial/Buying and Marketing & Merchandising, as well as vendors to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality products while maintaining optimal inventory levels to deliver availability while controlling waste and shrinkage. Here’s What You’d Be Doing Build and sustain effective relationships with our supplier network. Produce detailed analysis and insights on category opportunities, along with analytical support in the development of category plans. Develop and execute a clear assortment strategy to fit our on-demand delivery convenience offering. Analyse company data and external market data to determine key trends to drive category strategies Engage with new businesses to increase brand awareness and product range Work with internal teams across marketing, social, product and partnerships to optimise our customer offering, increase brand investments and hit company targets along with brand growth.
