We are seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager with: Excellent understanding of technology and security fundamentals. Experience in technical project/program management or 4 years as an IT system administrator. Experience with PaaS and SaaS, including collaboration tools and IAM. Strong organizational, analytical, and influencing skills. Fluency in English. Preferred qualifications include experience with Google Workspace or GCP, cloud security, mobile device management, and data loss prevention technologies. The Role: Support and drive our customers\’ cloud journey, collaborate cross-functionally, and promote adoption of Google products. You will be the primary contact for customers at an admin/technical level, providing workshops, operational reviews, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities: Serve as a primary liaison for customers. Deliver workshops and operational calls. Develop initiatives to improve product adoption and customer satisfaction. Support technical relationships with product and solution briefings.
