I'm recruiting on behalf of a very busy main contractor who operates nationwide and specialises in new build education projects on behalf of the DFE.
About the role:
You will be working alongside an on-site Senior Site Manager, looking after the internal packages on a £50m new build school from 1st fix. The contract will run for the next 10-12 months.
Responsibilities for Finishing Manager:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.
- Enforce health & safety protocols, manage risks, and address any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, to keep the project on track.
- Maintain quality standards by monitoring workmanship, materials, and adherence to specifications.
