The Registered Behavior Tech (RBT) is a paraprofessional staff who may assist with students/residents in crisis. The RBT team member will be responsible for assisting and implementing program techniques based on Behavior Intervention Plans in both the classrooms and residence. The RBT is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of behavior management services. This includes the ability to demonstrate precision by implementing replacement skills training.

- Must be flexible and organized.
- Candidate must possess an RBT credential.
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of this position which would include use of SCIP-R and involvement with hands-on supports.
