Our client, a leading global investment manager with over USD 100 billion AUM, is seeking an Associate to join their Private Equity Fund Investment Team (Primaries) in London. The firm has an international team of over 850 professionals and offices in various global locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain the firm’s relationship with PE managers.
- Support with the origination and deal execution, including due diligence processes, financial analysis and modelling.
- Produce investment memorandums and present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
- Support secondaries and co-investment teams internally.
- Be currently sitting at the Senior Analyst or Associate level within a private equity primaries (fund of funds) team of a highly regarded fund, bank or placement agent.
- Proven experience in private equity primaries transactions.
- Excellent analytical and financial skills, including financial modelling.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact confidently and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
