About The Role

PETA have been established for over 50 years and have experienced continued success from our valued customer base. To support the achievement of our ambitious 5-year growth plan, we are looking for an experienced New Business Development Associate to join our team and promote our suite of high-quality training products and apprenticeships to new customers. This full-time position will be based on our conference centre in Cosham (agile hybrid working considered). Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 5pm.

Our Sales Team

As a Business Development Associate, you will be joining our fast paced, high performing sales team. In your new role, you will be working alongside a team of Account Managers and Business Development Managers, all reporting into the Head of Sales. You will be provided with ongoing support and in-depth product training to help you hit the ground running.

What will I be responsible for?

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to identify and engage potential new customers.
  • Generate and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Accurately document all sales activities, interactions, and client information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and improve lead generation processes.
