MacGregor Black is pleased to be recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic and growing privately owned food business. We are looking for a skilled professional to support the finance function and work closely with operations as a trusted finance business partner. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility for both full-time and part-time options.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead on costings and margin analysis to ensure accurate product pricing and profitability insights.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepare management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
- Work closely with operations teams to provide financial insights and drive efficiencies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Assist with financial reporting and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the food & drink or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in costings and financial modelling.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to business partner effectively with operations and senior stakeholders.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
