Key Responsibilities Participate in discussions with the functional team to understand Gherkin tests and related conditions. Create query logs, mind maps, and flowcharts. Develop automation code using Java, Selenium, JQuery, and Cucumber. Set up and run automated tests, recording evidence. Report defects with detailed information. Hand over stabilized scripts to release and feature teams. Maintain communication with stakeholders to track deliverables and escalate issues as needed. Complete tasks within schedule constraints. Provide guidance to team members on technology and application queries. Person Specification Experience with automation testing using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, and JQuery. Exposure to Agile methodologies, Jenkins setup, and banking domain knowledge. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Understanding of HTML DOM structure and application, crucial for complex test automation challenges.
