We are recruiting additional veterinary surgeons to our team. Business levels are at their highest in 12 years, and to support our growth, we will expand our team. Currently, we have 16 Vet Surgeons, 31 Nurses, and a talented support team.

About Vets 1: Our main site near Downham Market is an RCVS-accredited Hospital, and our Kings Lynn practice is an RCVS-accredited general practice. We boast first-class equipment and beautiful working premises. Our team ethos is built around a sense of tribe—protecting, supporting, nurturing, and caring for each other.

Candidate experience expectations:

  • Recent graduates should have tested and polished their skills, with VetGDP completed or underway.
  • 2-3 years of experience: be ready to hit the ground running with a CPD plan (uncapped allowance).
  • 4-5 years since graduation? Consider specialization or certifications.
  • 8+ years of experience? We value leadership, mentorship, and teaching abilities. Help develop the next generation of vets.
