Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie

• Running a designated section and consistently delivering dishes to a 2 Rosette standard
• Working with the freshest seasonal produce, including ingredients grown in the garden
• Supporting the senior chefs in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, cleanliness and organisation
• Helping with stock rotation, daily prep and contributing ideas for new dishes
