The candidate should be capable of managing their own caseload with supervision and support from a partner. Responsibilities Granting and assigning leases Handling sales and purchases Property finance Options and development matters Additional experience in corporate/commercial law may be helpful but is not essential Candidate Requirements Experience as a Solicitor/Lawyer in Commercial Property with 1-5 years PQE. Strong communication and IT skills are essential. The candidate should be eager to develop client relationships and further their career in commercial property law.
