The brand is investing heavily in its data and CRM infrastructure, aiming to build high-performing campaigns that are accurate, responsive, and customer-focused. The Role This role is perfect for someone passionate about the deployment side of CRM campaigns. You’ll join a centralised CRM team, taking ownership of campaign deployment, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately, at pace, and in alignment with data regulations and segmentation strategies. Key Responsibilities – Ensure campaigns are deployed accurately and meet regional or business segmentation requirements. – Work closely with wider CRM, marketing, and analytics teams. – Troubleshoot and ensure correct data flows across systems. – Collaborate with agency partners where necessary. Skills & Experience – Experience with CRM tools such as Braze, Salesforce, Adobe, or Bloomreach. – Strong attention to detail and quality assurance. – Exposure to Liquid coding (Braze specific). – Background in retail or marketing agency environments. – Understanding of campaign data flows and logic-based segmentation. – Up to £45,000 base salary – Opportunity to be part of a digital transformation within a major UK brand – Supportive and collaborative CRM team environment How to Apply Interested?
