Scientist I Immunoassay Resolian UK is looking for a Scientist I – Immunoassay. The role involves developing and validating immunoassay methods for quantifying drugs and biomarkers, and applying these methods to routine analysis of pre‑clinical toxicology and clinical safety study samples. Responsibilities Develop and validate immunoassay methods for drug and biomarker quantitation. Apply methods to routine analysis of samples from pre‑clinical toxicology and clinical safety studies. Maintain record keeping in compliance with GLP. Communicate accurately the outcomes of experiments. Identify opportunities to improve processes. Engage in personal development, seek training, and pursue opportunities for growth. Adhere to the Laboratory Charter – maintain clean, tidy work areas and respect colleagues. Be flexible and productive, responding positively to changing timelines, priorities, and requirements. Follow Resolian Health and Safety Policy, with particular attention to COSHH in the laboratory. Complete any mandatory training appropriate for the role. Qualifications Degree in biological science or equivalent relevant experience (essential). Excellent attention to detail (essential). Experience in a GXP‑accredited laboratory (desirable). Familiarity with ELISA techniques (essential). Effective communication skills with peers and customers (essential).
