Your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting basic IT issues (WIFI, device syncing, app support, etc.)
- Managing phone and tablet functionality, ensuring devices are meeting the Principal’s daily needs
- Setting up virtual meeting dial-ins and ensuring all tech runs smoothly ahead of time
- Acting as a point of liaison and escalation for any IT-related concerns
- Providing ad hoc private support and being a dependable, go-to figure for the Senior EAs
