MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a long-established, leading exhibitions and events company to recruit an Exhibition Sales Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and creative team responsible for organising the largest and most recognised wedding exhibitions on the island of Ireland.
The Company: With over 30 years of experience, this company is at the forefront of consumer and trade publishing, live events, and high-profile award ceremonies. Their team is passionate about delivering industry-leading exhibitions and face-to-face marketing experiences that drive real commercial results.
The Role: You'll be responsible for selling exhibition stand space and sponsorship packages for the Wedding Journal Shows. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility, autonomy, and excellent opportunities for growth within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively sell exhibition stand space, fashion show scenes, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Generate new business through outbound calls and follow-up with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors and event partners.
- Develop tailored proposals and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
- Hit call activity, sales revenue, and client re-booking KPIs.
Person Profile:
- Experience in a telephone sales or B2B environment.
- High energy, self-starter with the ability to work independently.
