The Senior Manager uses a high-level understanding of the industry, clinical practice and relevant experience to drive medical education in the ENT market. The scope of this role is for the International Markets & Emerging Markets and this role will be based in the UK. The role involves partnering with the Senior Director & other relevant team members on the design and implementation of the medical education strategy for ENT. The goal is to offer pioneering educational experiences aligned with our BU strategy, ensuring the safe and effective adoption of S&N products and technology. What will you be doing? Overseeing the end-to-end execution of educational programs across IM & EM, including regional & flagship programs for ENT with healthcare professionals. Collaborating with BU marketing teams to assess learning needs and develop suitable programs, measuring performance through surveys and feedback. Building relationships with faculty, societies, and internal teams, ensuring engagement and alignment. Reporting on medical education activities and team performance as part of the ENT Med ed LT. Essential Functions: Develop strategic direction and operational roadmap for ENT Medical Education in EM & IM markets. Liaise with country program managers regarding training needs and ensure strategic execution. Ensure activities comply with global and local policies and regulations. Manage budgets for medical education activities. Implement new capabilities for blended and omni-channel learning approaches. Identify and collaborate with key societies for medical education partnerships. Oversee faculty contracts and ensure compliance. Apply instructional design models like ADDIE to develop effective training programs. Design and facilitate customized education programs for HCPs. Participate in society meetings and scientific programming to promote awareness. Manage learning pathways to meet customer needs. Drive innovation in learning solutions. Lead provision of electronic content for the S&N Global learning portal. Ensure skill training is delivered at S&N Academies. Promote and update Medical Education calendars. Track and manage Medical Education budgets. Partner with Professional Relations for service agreements and faculty engagement. Handle logistics for courses including registration and evaluation. Subject Matter Expert: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of S&N therapies, technologies, and clinical guidelines. Build cross-functional relationships to support product advantages. Compliance, Ethics, and Communication Adhere to business ethics and compliance policies. Communicate effectively with leadership and teams. Ad Hoc Duties Perform any other duties reasonably required within the scope of the job, working safely and responsibly. What will you need to be successful? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Science or related; medical/scientific background preferred. 10+ years’ experience in therapy implementation and education initiatives. Experience with digital, classroom, virtual, and blended learning. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop relationships and respond to customer needs. Skills and Competencies include adaptability, understanding of the healthcare system, clinical education development, problem-solving, project management, integrity, teamwork, communication, and ability to solve complex problems. Other requirements include planning, proficiency in Microsoft Office, willingness to work flexible hours, cultural awareness, and approximately 40% travel.
