Our client, leading inspection machinery manufacturers, are seeking to add a competent, versatile Engineer to their Field Service team.
Duties:
- This broad and varied service role includes carrying out repairs, commissioning, calibration and upgrades of equipment at customer sites.
- Providing remote technical support via phone and email plus other related duties.
Requirements:
- The position requires an Electrical/Electronics qualification (ONC minimum), ideally with experience in a field-based role.
- Well-developed customer service and communication skills are essential attributes.
- An organised approach to working, the ability to problem solve and a full, current driving license are required.
- PLC programming knowledge and an appreciation of PC hardware are advantageous.
Salary:
Basic salary £35,000 - £38,000 OTE to £60,000 including bonus and overtime.
