Job Description Job Advert: Environmental Advisor / Senior Environmental Advisor Location: Roaming Role – South of England (M1 Corridor) Salary: £34,000 – £40,000 + Package We are working on behalf of a leading main contractor to recruit a Senior Environmental Advisor for a confidential opportunity. This is a fantastic role for someone passionate about driving sustainability and environmental best practices within construction projects across the South of England. This is a roaming position , covering sites primarily along the M1 corridor , with a mix of on-site and remote working. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding environmental performance across major developments from preconstruction through to delivery. Key Responsibilities: Provide environmental and sustainability guidance during the preconstruction phase. Conduct site-specific environmental risk assessments and pre-start checks. Prepare Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs) and other required documentation such as Water and Nuisance Management Plans. Secure project-specific environmental regulatory permissions.
