Experience We Value Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie. Strong leadership skills and ability to support a high-performing team. A passion for high-quality food and guest satisfaction. Ability to manage kitchen operations, focusing on efficiency and quality. Knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and stock control.
